Products and orders

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, prices, availability and delivery information. Prices are shown in USD unless checkout states otherwise. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. FreshLock may reject or cancel an order before fulfillment if payment cannot be verified, inventory is unavailable, an address cannot be serviced, or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected. If a canceled order has been paid, the appropriate amount will be returned to the original payment method.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. FreshLock provides the 90-day limited warranty described in the Refund Policy. These policies form part of these Terms of Service.
