Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 24 hours after payment is confirmed. Payment verification, an incomplete delivery address, or information that requires customer confirmation can delay processing.
Delivery estimates
Standard Shipping: approximately 7 days after dispatch.
Express Shipping: approximately 7 days after dispatch.
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier disruption, severe weather, peak seasons, remote destinations, customs processing, or events outside our reasonable control can cause delays.
Shipping charges
Available shipping services and their charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Free-shipping eligibility, when available, is also calculated at checkout.
International orders
FreshLock accepts orders from the international destinations available at checkout. International parcels can be inspected or delayed by customs. Import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
Tracking and delivery issues
Tracking information is sent when it is available from the carrier. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
