Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 24 hours after payment is confirmed. Payment verification, an incomplete delivery address, or information that requires customer confirmation can delay processing.

Delivery estimates

Standard and Express delivery estimates are shown at checkout when available. For the current FreshLock launch product, the typical delivery estimate is about 7 days after dispatch. Actual delivery time can vary due to carrier handling, customs inspection, weather, address issues, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping destinations

FreshLock accepts orders from the destinations available at checkout. International parcels may be inspected or delayed by customs. Import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Tracking and address accuracy

Tracking information is sent when it is available from the carrier. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction or if tracking shows a delivery problem. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
