These Terms of Service apply when you visit or purchase from the FreshLock online store. By using the store, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked from the store.

Online store terms

You must be at least the age of legal majority in your place of residence, or use the store with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the store or its products for an unlawful purpose, interfere with store security, or transmit harmful code.

Product information and use

We aim to present product descriptions, images, dimensions, availability, and prices accurately. Screen colors and minor product details can vary. Follow all supplied operating instructions and applicable food-safety guidance. Vacuum sealing does not make perishable food shelf-stable and does not replace refrigeration or freezing.

Orders, prices, and payment

Prices are shown in USD unless checkout states otherwise. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. FreshLock may reject or cancel an order before fulfillment if payment cannot be verified, inventory is unavailable, an address cannot be serviced, or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected. If a canceled order has been paid, the appropriate amount will be returned to the original payment method.

Payments are processed through the payment methods offered in Shopify Checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and delivery information.

Shipping, returns, and warranty

Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. FreshLock provides the 90-day limited warranty described in the Refund Policy. These policies form part of these Terms of Service.

Intellectual property

FreshLock store content, branding, text, graphics, and original design elements may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without permission, except where permitted by law.

Third-party services and links

The store can use third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, and delivery carriers. Third-party services and external sites are governed by their own terms and policies.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and products are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in our policies or required by law. FreshLock is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the store or product where such liability may lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy and changes

Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy. FreshLock may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Changes apply from the published effective date and do not remove rights already attached to a completed order.
