7-day return window

You may request a return within 7 calendar days after your order is delivered. To qualify, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, with its original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase. This condition requirement does not prevent you from reporting a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Contact 3785231599@qq.com before returning anything. Returns sent without prior authorization might not be accepted. After your request is approved, we will provide complete return instructions.

Return destination: Bangbang Jinzuo, Yuhang District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China (杭州市余杭区邦帮金座). Do not send a parcel to this location until FreshLock has confirmed the complete return instructions.

Return shipping

For a return that is not caused by a product quality problem, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, contact us within the 7-day return window with your order number and supporting photos or video. For an approved quality-related claim, FreshLock will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return-shipping solution.

Refunds

We will inspect returned items and notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider might require additional processing time before the refund appears.

Original shipping charges are not refundable for non-quality-related returns. Items returned without authorization, without the supplied accessories, or with damage caused by misuse might be refused or subject to a reduction in the refund where permitted by law.

90-day limited warranty

FreshLock provides a 90-day limited warranty beginning on the delivery date. The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repair or modification, improper cleaning or storage, normal wear, or damage caused by incompatible bags, power supplies, or accessories.

For an approved warranty claim, FreshLock may repair the product, replace it, or provide an appropriate refund. This warranty does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
